Rules

Yard Rules

Please ensure that all gates are kept closed and fencing is switched on at all times.

The yard must be kept clean and tidy.

All muck should be put onto the muck pile and wheelbarrows emptied.

No riding without hat to standard PAS 015 or BS EN 1384 and suitable footwear.

All horses must be vaccinated against equine flu and tetanus and have 3^rd party liability insurance

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the Yard premises.

Well behaved dogs are allowed. (Please clear up after your dog)

All vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas

Yard and field keys will remain the property of the Yard; lost keys will be replaced and charged to the owner at published prices.

Facilities

The Barn

Our barn has been newly converted (in 2009) to accommodate 16 horses or ponies.

For peace of mind, the yard has 10 secured and alarmed tack rooms and the added benefit of CCTV surveillance and security lighting.

Comfortable tea room overlooking the stables

We offer a floodlit all weather 20m x 40m menage with post and rail fencing providing a safe environment for you to ride in. Jumps available.

There is also a superb network of hacking routes accessible from our front gate.

Plenty of off-road parking

Hay, haylage, straw, feed, sundries and a selection of bedding is available on site at very competitive rates.

All year round turnout (subject to no extreme weather conditions) is available with horses out 24 hours from April/May to the end of September/October.
